Cookie consent

If you visit our Supacell LED website with your current browser settings accepting cookies, and if you continue to use our websites, we generally consider this to constitute your consent in the use of cookies on the Supacell website as described in this Supacell Cookie Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are nothing more than tiny bits of text stored on your device by your web browser, containing information set by websites such as your session token, user preferences, analytics information or anything else that the website needs to keep track of you from one request to the next.

What different types of cookies are there?

Below are examples of the most common types of cookies that can be found on many websites.

First-party cookies: First party cookies are set by the website you are visiting. They can only be read by that site, i.e. cookies placed by Supacell when you visit a Supacell website.

Third-party cookies: Third party cookies are set by a different website to the owner of the website you are visiting, i.e. social media sharing buttons (e.g. Tweet Share, Facebook, Google+ etc.)

Session cookies: Session cookies are stored temporarily during a browsing session and are deleted from the user’s device when the browser is closed.

Persistent cookies: Persistent cookies have a longer expiration date than session cookies and don’t get deleted after the browser is closed. They are activated each time the user revisits the website that created the cookie. i.e these type of cookies can be used to store data for your preferences.

GEO targeting cookies: Completely anonymous and used for identifying the country that the user comes from.

Advertising cookies: These cookies are anonymous and they store information about the content that the user is browsing. They are used by advertising networks to serve relevant ads to the user.

Google analytics cookies: These are completely anonymous as they do not recognise the true identity of the user. The cookies are solely used to collect information on how a user uses the website, which pages they use more often, from which country they come from etc.
